Beyond the Good Daughter

What if the way you love, manage conflict, and relate to your own needs has less to do with you who are and more to do with who you were shaped to be?
Most South Asian women were given a role before they were old enough to question it. The good daughter. The high achiever. The one who kept the peace and made the sacrifice worth it. That role was adaptive. It made sense in the family it formed in.
And it follows women long after.
Beyond the Good Daughter is an eight week virtual group for South Asian women ready to understand the patterns that formed in their families, and what exists beyond them.
