With over 10 years of experience in mental health counseling, I’ve dedicated my practice to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for those ready to make meaningful changes in their lives.

For 9 years, I had the privilege of working at Redeemer Counseling Services, where I served as a clinical supervisor. This experience allowed me to help other therapists grow in their practice while continuing my own work with clients, guiding them toward emotional healing and personal growth.
